No, it is not possible to unblock multiple contacts at once on an iPhone. You can only unblock one contact or number at a time. To know How To Unblock A Number On Iphone do this, go to Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts, tap Edit, and then tap the red minus button next to each contact you want to unblock.
